On March 24, 2026, the United States Patent and Trademark Office officially registered the PINTO PICASSO® trademark on the Principal Register, securing federal protection across two commercial categories.
Pinto Picasso is the stage name of Puerto Rican singer, songwriter, and producer David Alberto Pinto Arzón.
In 2025 alone, Pinto Picasso performed across five continents with shows selling out from Los Angeles to London and Buenos Aires to Bucharest. The brand he built on stage now has the legal infrastructure to match.
The registration is owned by Bleu Era Music Corp, Pinto Picasso's production company. As a standard character mark, protection extends to the name itself regardless of font, style, color, or design. The application was filed August 18, 2025 based on use in commerce and approved in seven months.
As of March 24, 2026, PINTO PICASSO® is federally protected across his full commercial footprint, covering branded apparel and merchandise through Class 025 and live, virtual, and digital entertainment services through Class 041, positioning the brand for expansion into streaming, virtual performances, and emerging entertainment formats.
